Ara, 18 January 2022, (RNI): Dozens of activists of the Jan Adhikar Party (L) Chhatra Parishad led by Sujit Kushwaha burnt effigy of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday on the campus of Ara railway station in protest against irregularities in the NTPC result.

Speaking on the occasion Sujit Kushwaha said that NTPC had announced 32000 vacancies and students who were preparing for the last four to five years appeared at the examination and result should have been at least 20 times of the announced seats but the government declared result only 3.5 lakh. He said that result of one student was shown on four seats and cut off mark is 93 percent. He questioned whether the examiners could get 92 or 93 percent marks. He blamed that the result was manipulated and the results of the students who prepared for the examination were not published. Lives of thousands of students hanged in balance and most of them are contemplating to commit suicide. He said that effigy of the PM was burnt to make the PM hear so that modified result could be published.
