SASARAM---------------------------Two youths were killed while one injured when a speeding vehicle collided head-on with their motorcycle near Baldeo High School under Dinara police station on National Highway in Rohtas district at about midnight. The deceased were identified as Nand Jee Chauhan 30 son of Vishwamitra Chauhan and Gopal Chaudhary 26 son of Lal Saheb of Narwar village under Dinara police station while the injured was identified as Diamond Kumar 25 son of Akshay Singh of the same village. Police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Sasaram Sadar Hospital for postmortem and admitted the injured in a private nursing home where his condition is stated to be critical.

SHO Dinara police Station Vinay Kumar said that three youths Nand Jee Chauhan, Gopal Chaudhary and Diamond Kumar had gone to Sarana village under Dinara police station in Rohtas district to attend a marriage ceremony. They were returning to their native village Narwar on a motorcycle and when they reached near Baldeo High School on National Highway under Dinara police station at about midnight, a speeding vehicle collided head-on with the motorcycle killing two of them and injuring another.

In another incident, one person was killed and another injured when a speeding vehicle collided head-on with a motorcycle near Devgana village under Dawath police station in Rohtas district in the night. The deceased was identified as Sunil Kumar 45 of Bhadar village under Sikraul police station while the injured was identified as Vijay Prasad 35of the same village. Police recovered the body and brought it to the Sasaram Sadar Hospital for postmortem and admitted the injured there. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Dawath police station against the driver of the vehicle on the statement of Ajit Kumar, son of the deceased.

SHO Dawath police station Kripal Jee said that Sunil Kumar along with Vijay Prasad was going to Yogini Village under Dawath police station on a motorcycle to attend a marriage ceremony and when he reached near Devagana village under Dawath police station, a speeding vehicle collided head-on with the motorcycle killing Sunil Kumar on spot and injuring the pillion rider Vijay Prasad.
