ONE WOMAN KILLED, HUSBAND INJURED
One motorcycle borne married woman fell from the bike and died while her husband was injured near Harigao village under Jagdishpur police station on Ara-Mohania National Highway in Bhojpur district in the evening on February 26, 2024 when she was going to a doctor with her husband. Ara (RNI) One motorcycle borne married woman fell from the bike and died while her husband was injured near Harigao village under Jagdishpur police station on Ara-Mohania National Highway in Bhojpur district in the evening on February 26, 2024 when she was going to a doctor with her husband. The deceased was identified as Mala Devi 50 wife of Satyendra Sah 55 of Jagdishpur Ward No 4 under Jagdishpur police station.
Rahul Kumar, son of the deceased said that his mother Mala Devi along with her husband Satyendra Sah was going to Ara on a motorcycle for the treatment of thyroid when a speeding vehicle dodged near Harigaon village under Jagdishpur police station on Ara-Mohania NH. As a result Satyendra Sah lost control over the motorcycle and Mala Devi fell to the ground and died while Satyendra Sah was also badly injured. The locals rushed them to the Jagdishpur Sub-Divisional Hospital where the doctor declared Mala Devi dead. They also informed the police. on information, the police rushed to the spot and brought the body to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
