VIGILANCE RAIDS THREE RESIDENCES OF THE BHABHUA SDM
-A special team of Vigilance conducted raids at three places of the SDM, Bhabhua in Kaimur district, Satyendra Prasad today in connection with accumulating money more than income. The Vigilance team conducted raids at Patna, Mohania and Betia residences of the SDM Satyendra Prasad.
Bhabhua, 1 June 2023, (RNI): A special team of Vigilance conducted raids at three places of the SDM, Bhabhua in Kaimur district, Satyendra Prasad today in connection with accumulating money more than income. The Vigilance team conducted raids at Patna, Mohania and Betia residences of the SDM Satyendra Prasad.
A case of lodged under section 13(1)B, R/W13(2) and R/W12against the Bhabhua SDM Satyendra Prasad in connection with accumulating money more than his income and the Special Judge, Vigilance Patna had issued searched warrant against the Bhabhua SDM Satyendra Prasad. It was blamed that the SDM Satyendra Prasad had earned accumulated property more than Rs. 85 lakh. The SDM lived in 401 No Flat at Prabha Apartment at Jai Prakash Nagar in Patna. It was said that he has accumulated money taking illegal advantage of his post as public servant. Raids are still going on.
