BHOJPUR POLICE SEIZE 48 PACKETS OF IMFL, ARREST LIQUOR SMUGGLER
Bhojpur police, acting of a tip off, took out 48 packets of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) digging the earth at Sonbarsa village under Karnamepur police outpost and arrested a liquor smuggler Shyam Babu Yadav of the village.
Ara, 5 June 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police, acting of a tip off, took out 48 packets of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) digging the earth at Sonbarsa village under Karnamepur police outpost and arrested a liquor smuggler Shyam Babu Yadav of the village. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Karnamepur police out post against the arrested liquor smuggler under the New Excise Act and sent him to jail after interrogation.
SHO Karnamepur police outpost Manish Kumar said that he got information that IMFL has been brought at Sonbarsa village. He at once conducted raid in front of the house of Gopal Yadav at Sonbarsa village and dug earth and recovered 48 packets of IMFL. The police arrested a liquor smuggler Shyam Babu Yadav too.
