ARA-----------------------The Jan Suraj Party, Bhojpur unit, during a press conference asked many questions from the Niths government regarding caste census and land survey in Bihar and also announced to protest in case of not getting answers on these issues.

Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, asked several questions to the government on April 21, 2025 in Patna against the announcements made during the caste census report and the irregularities in the land survey. On July 11, 2025, he had said that a memorandum with the signatures of one crore people would be given to the Chief Minister and the Governor. He had also said that if the government does not take the matter seriously, the last session of Vidhan Sabha would be gheraoed.

Abhay Singh, Bhojpur district president, Jan Suraj while addressing the press conference said that Prashant Kishore will go door to door in Nitish Kumar’s village Kalyan Vidha on May 11, 2025 to collect signatures against Nitish Kumar’s breach of promoses and government corruption.

The data of the caste census in Bihar was tabled in the Assembly on November 7, 2023 and on November 22, 2023, the government made some important announcements on the basis of caste census. But the goveremnt’s announcements were never implemented on the ground. He said that Jan Suraj will protest against the government for caste census and land survey in Bihar. He said that the Jan Surajk have some questions for the government such as Bihar government should issue a while paper on caste census and land survey, government should clear its stand on to increase reservation in the caste census report but the reservation limit has not been increased so far, when the government will pay assistane of Rs. 2 lakh to 94 lakh families as announced on November 22,2023, when the government give assistance of Rs. 1.20 lakh to 40 lakh homeless families as announced in the caste census and why the government failed to give assistance. Why 1.20 lakh families were given given possession of land till date though only 2.34 lakh dalit families have been given 3 decimal of land till 2008 though the Nitish government had promised 3 decimal of land to each and every landless family in his Dalit Vikas Mission in the year 2006, why the governemmnt failed to digitalized hundred percent of the land so far. Only 20 percent of land has been digitized between 2013 and February 2025 whereas 80 percent of the land in Andhra Pradesh has been digitized, what action is being taken against the corrupt officials who are indulged in large scale corruption in the name of land survey and nothing is beind done in government offices without geasing palms of the officials especially the Circel Officers, More than 60 percent of crime cases in Bihar are related to land disputes due to liquor ban and corruption in land survey, Jan Suraj is asking reply from the government in the land survey irregularities and the caste census report, Jan Suraj will conduct signature campaign by organizing meeting on these issues in more than 40 thousands villages of Bihar from May 11, 2025. On July 11, 2025, the members of Jan Suraj will submit a memorandm to the governor and the Chief Minister with the signatures of one crore people and if this also does not work, the last session of the Vidhan Sabha before election will be gheraoed.

Besides, Abhay Singh, Bhojpur district president, Jan Suraj Party, Padma Ojha, district president of the lady wing of the party, youth president, Sonu Paswan, Kamlesh Singh, Madhulika Sinha, Anil Mishra, Satyendra Mahato, Kaushlendra Singh, Upendra Paswan, Om Narayan, Alok Kumar and Dhirendra Kamal Singh and others were present on the occasion.
