TWO YOUTHS CRUSHED TO DEATH IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

Motorcycle borne two youths were crushed to death when their motorcycle collided with a speeding Scorpio in between Manaini and Bhalukuwa under Piro police station on Bihia-Bihata State Highway in the late evening on February 17, 2024.

ARA (RNI) Motorcycle borne two youths were crushed to death when their motorcycle collided with a speeding Scorpio in between Manaini and Bhalukuwa under Piro police station on Bihia-Bihata State Highway in the late evening on February 17, 2024. The deceased were identified as Rudal Paswan 23 son of Mahanand Paswan and Pannu Ram 25 son of Krishna Ram of Jaisidih village under Piro police station. The police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. As the news spread, irate villagers blocked the Bihia-Bihata State Highway near the incident place and paralyzed movement of vehicles. They raised slogans against the district administration and demanded compensation for the families of the deceased. The blockade could be lifted after the positive response of the police officers.

SHO Piro police station Subodh Kumar said that Rudal Paswan and Pannu Ram were going to Piro on a motorcycle from Jaisidih in the evening on February 17, 2024 and when they reached in between Manaini and Bhalukuwa under Piro police station on Bihia-Bihata main road, a speeding Scorpio from Fatehpur collided head-on with the motorcycle killing both the youths on spot.
