ARA-----------------------------Police announced Rs. 2 lakh award on two dreaded criminals of Bhojpur district Salim Mian son of Nayim Mian of Dharahara locality under Ara town police station and Deepak Pandey son of Ravindra Pandey of Bhakhura village under Tarari police station.
Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that at least seven criminal cases against Salim Mian and five criminal cases against Deepak Pandey are pending with the police. He further said that the police had earlier announced Rs. 50,000 award on each of them and added that a proposal to increase the amount of award to Rs. 2 lakh was sent to the police headquarters. The police headquarters announced Rs. 2 lakh for the arrest of the duo absconders. The SP said that the police personnel or the citizen informed about the absconders, the amount will be given to them and their names and address will be kept secret.
