CBI RAIDED RESIDENCE OF FORMER MLA
In connection with the illegal trade of Sand, a special five member team of CBI from New Delhi came to the residence of RJD MLA from Sandesh Assembly Constituency in Bhojpur district Kiran Devi in search of former MLA and husband of the present MLA, Arun Yadav but he was not at his residence.

Sources said that the former MLA Arun Yadav was not his residence when the CBI team raided. The CBI got his wife Kiran Devi notice received and returned. The CBI through this notice called Arun Yadav to Delhi for questioning. Earlier the CBI team had come to the residence of Arun Yadav at Sandesh on May 16, 2023 for questioning but he was away at that time too.
The former MLA, Arun Yadav said that he was out of Bhojpur for his treatment due to illness but a team of CBI came to his residence in his absence and got a notice served to his wife and present MLA Kiran Devi.
According to CBI sources, this case is related to black money accumulated from sand trade.
