West Bengal (RNI) I express my heartfelt gratitude to the leaders and karyakartas of Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) and the Communist Party of Revolutionary Marxists (CPRM) for declaring their support to BJP and my candidacy in the upcoming 2024 general elections. Their endorsement is an acknowledgement of the visionary and inclusive leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi ji, who is taking concrete steps towards ensuring "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas."

As the people of my constituency know, in the last five years, I have worked earnestly to resolve both the political issues confronting our region, and address the developmental needs of the people. As a result, several issues facing our region have been resolved, while other issues are in the process of being resolved.

Under the leadership of PM Modi ji our government has been able to address some of the most contentious issues including the rescinding of Article 370, banning triple-talaq, construction of Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The people of Darjeeling hills, Terai and Dooars, and Gorkhas across India have full faith in the leadership of PM Modi ji.

Together we will all work with double the pace to ensure that all political and developmental aspirations of our region and people are addressed. I am most grateful to the leaders of our Alliance Parties, and the people of Darjeeling for their unflinching support.

I once again welcome and thank both GJM and CPRM leaders, and assure them that unitedly we will ensure transformation of our region, and lay the foundation for a better and brighter future for our coming generations.
