TWO GROUPS CLASHED, FIRED
Two groups clashed in front of Hotel Aditya Inn near South Ramana Maidan under Nawada police station in the evening on July 11, 2023 during which youths of a group fired at least four rounds though no untoward incident took place.
Ara, 12 July 2023, (RNI): Two groups clashed in front of Hotel Aditya Inn near South Ramana Maidan under Nawada police station in the evening on July 11, 2023 during which youths of a group fired at least four rounds though no untoward incident took place. The police recovered blank cartridge, a pellet from the spot and also arrested a person so far. Police are investigating the matter.
SDPO Chandra Prakash said that two groups clashed in the evening on July 11, 2023 in front of Hotel Aditya Inn near South Ramana Maidan under Nawada police station. Meanwhile, youth of a group fired at least four rounds and bullet pierced the front glass of driver seat of a car already parked at the incident site. The firing created panic and the people started running hither and thither. The SDPO further said that the police arrested a youth in drunken state and recovered a blank cartridge and pellet from the incident site. He said that the police are interrogating the youth and investigating the matter whether the car was used in the incident.
