FLORAL TRIBUTES TO FORMER PRIME MINISTER INDIRA GANDHI
Floral tributes were paid to the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her 105th birth anniversary today at Shaheed Bhawan.
Ara, 19 November 2022, (RNI): Floral tributes were paid to the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her 105th birth anniversary today at Shaheed Bhawan. Leaders of different political parties, teachers, professors, doctors and others garlanded the portrait of Indira Gandhi and paid homage. A seminar was also organized on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Triveni Prasad Singh, district president, Bhojpur District Congress Committee (BDCC) said that the only Prime Minister of Independent India till now, Indira Gandhi ruled not only in India but also the whole world with her ideals and thoughts and diplomacy and the world leaders revered her. She was known as “Iron Lady” who established Indian supremacy in the world by merely by words but by deed. he said that she would be remembers always in history.
Advocate Pramod Rai said Indira Gandhi established the country as the strongest nation in world horizon. He said that the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi worked with indomitable will and India emerged as new power in the world.
