ENGINEER BEATEN TO DEATH AT ARA

Ara, 8 July 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police recovered body of an engineer from near a cold storage at Bazar Samiti under Nawada police station in Bhojpur and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Vikas Mishra 29 son of Hari Shankar Dayal Mishra of Mishrakarma village under Tarari police station. The deceased was posted in a private company as mechanical engineer in New Delhi. He had completed his B. Tech from New Delhi and also got himself admitted for further studies. He had come from New Delhi four months ago.  A named FIR was lodged with the police under Nawada police station against Bagha Mishra and Lal Mishra in connection with the murder on the statement of father of the deceased. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.

Hari Shanjkar Dayal Mishra, father of the deceased said that he had dispute with two persons of the village over a field and they had clashed about eight months ago and he broke his hand. An FIR was lodged with police in this regard at that time and named accused were pressurizing him to withdraw the case.
