BUXAR POLICE ARREST SIX MISCREANTS INCLUDING A LADY

BUXAR----------------------------Buxar police arrested six miscreants including the mastermind lady in connection with firing at the Jyoti Chowk under Buxar town police station and also recovered a country made pistol and two live cartridges from the house of the lady. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation and producing in the Buxar Civil Court. An FIR was lodged with the police under Buxar town police station in this regard and the police are investigating the matter.

SHO Buxar town police station Dinesh Kumar Malakar said that on August 12, 2023, some persons fired near bypass at Jyoti Prakash Chowk under Buxar town police station. On information when the police reached there, a lady Rani Devi of the area told the police some miscreants fired at her house. Old enmity was said to be cause behind the incident. When the police investigated the matter, it came to light that the firing took place from inside the house of Rani Devi. The police searched the house of Rani Devi and recovered a country made pistol, two live cartridges, two blank cartridges besides a sword and a dagger. Later the police arrested Rani Devi and on her revelation, the police also arrested five more persons. The police produced them in the Buxar Civil Court and later sent them to jail after interrogation.
