MARRIED WOMAN COMMITS SUICIDE IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

ARA (RNI) Bhojpur police recovered body of a married woman hanging with the ceiling fan in a house at Shivpur village under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur district and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Sanjeeta Kumari 26 wife of Ritesh Kumar of Shivpur village. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Gadhani police station in this regard. Police are investigating the matter.

Mahendra Sah, elder brother of the deceased said that after death of his father, his married his sister Sanjeeta Kumari with Ritesh Kumar son of jai Mangal Sah of Shivpur village under Gadhani police station in the year 2013. Some years after the marriage, both husband and wife always quarreled but reason behind is not known. Meanwhile, Ritesh Kumar informed that Sanjeeta Kumari committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan. On information he along with other family members rushed to the spot and took down the body and informed the police. He has not blamed anyone so far in this regard.

SHO Gadhani police station Ranveer Kumar said that police are investigating the matter and he could say anything in this regard after the postmortem report is received.
