PRIVATE AMEEN CRUSHED TO DEATH

ARA---------------------------One private Ameen was crushed to death when a speeding e-rickshaw dashed him in the morning at Fatehpur Bazaar under Sikarhatta police station on Bihia-Bihata State Highway in Bhojpur district. The deceased was identified as Lalan Ram 60 son of late Budhan Ram of Bal Tola of Sikraul village under Sikarhatta police station. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The e-rickshaw driver escaped from the scene with the vehicle after the incident.

Babudhan Prasad, son of the deceased said that Lalan Ram was going to Sikraul village on foot for the measurement of a land when a speeding e-rickshaw dashed him from behind bear Fatehpur Bazaar and injured him. The locals rushed him to a private nursing home at Fatehpur Bazaar but the doctor referred him to the Ara Sadar Hospital after first aid where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
