BJP released the first list of 195 candidates

New Delhi, March 2, 2024 (Agency): Bharatiya Janata Party released its first list of 195 candidates for the Lok Sabha elections 2024, today. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will contest from Varanasi, Home Minister Amit Shah from Gandhi Nagar, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh from Lucknow, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla from Kota, Union Minister Smriti Irani will contest from Amethi only.

BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh has released this list. He has said that the names of these candidates were decided in the Central Election Committee meeting chaired by party president JP Nadda yesterday. L.S.
