BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVERED A GIRL AND ARRESTED HER LOVER

ARA--------------------------Bhojpur police arrested a youth and recovered a girl. The police sent the youth to jail and brought the girl to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and produced her in the Ara Civil Court to get her statement registered under section 164 CrPC.

Shivma Kumar son of Rajendra Thakur had decoyed a 17 year old girl from a village under Bihia police station and kidnapped her in the month of September this year. An FIR was lodged with the police under Bihia police station against a youth, his father, mother and brother in connection with kidnapping of a girl on the statement of statement of grandmother of the girl. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and arrested the kidnapper Shivam Kumar and also recovered the girl. Love affair is said to be the cause behind the incident.
