FIR FOR OUTRAGING MODESTY FOR THREE MONTHS

BUXAR-------------------------One unmarried girl lodged a named FIR with the police under Woman police station in Buxar against her lover accusing him of outraging her modesty for about three years and compelling her proselytization. After institution of FIR, police swung into action and started investigation. Polide are also conducting raids to arrest the name accused.

Quoting the FIR, SHO Buxar Woman police station Kanishka Tiwari said that a girl from Balia district in Uttar Pradesh who lived in Haryana since 2023, complained that she came in contact with Parvez Ansari of Dumraon in Buxar district on Instagram and started chatting for quite long time and in the meantime they fell in love. Meanwhile Parvez Ansari reached Haryana on September 25, 2023 and called her in a hotel there and with promoise of marry her, established physical relation with her. He invited her to Buxar with the same promise and when she came to Buxar, he kept her in a rented house near Golambar for two months and continued establishing physical relation. When she prerssurized him for marriage, Parvez Alam got paper of marriage in the court through Notary. Meanwhile she became pregnant but Parvez Ansari somehow, taking her into confidence, aborted here and she was treated at the Buxar Sadar Hospital. After much pressure, Parvez Ansari took her to his residence at Dumraon where his family members pressured her for proselytization threatening her if she refused proselytization, she should establish physical contact with another youth.
