TWO KILLED, NINE INJURED IN BUXAR DISTRICT

BUXAR-------------------------------Two persons including a minor girl were killed while nine others five of them seriously injured when a speeding Bolero packed with marriage party overturned near Ramgarh at Brahmpur of Buxar district on Ara-Buxar Highway-922 when they were returning from a marriage ceremony in the late night on May 16, 2025. All the injured were admitted to the Raghunathpur Community Health Centre but the doctor referred them to the Buxar Sadar Hospital after first aid. The police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased were identified as Manu Bind 22 son of Kinu Bind of Bharirar village and Radhika 1 daughter of Sumit Bind of Charghat Chanaur village under Gaura police station of Bhojpur district.

A marriage of the son of Sanjay Bind of Bhariyar village under Chakki police station was being solemnized in the marriage hall in which several relatives and family members had come. After the marriage was solemnized, all the guests were returning Bharirar village in three vehicles. Meanwhile driver of a Bolero packed with marriage party lost balance on the steering and the vehicle overturned on the road near Ramgarh village at Brahmpur in Buxar district in which two persons including a minor girl were killed and nine other five of them seriously injured. Radhika along with her parents had come to attend the marriage of her maternal uncle.
